Tenue de Ville‘s production is always part of a local and environmental approach. Therefore we are recycling the end of our stocks to create valuable products, such as those Notebooks.
The quality of the paper is great for writing but also for drawing and painting.
All these new circular products are of course handmade in Belgium, respecting a short chain of production, and as little transports as possible.

Shipping

Lead Time Samples
Our samples will leave our studio within 2-3 days of purchase if in stock. If the sample is not in stock, please allow 2 to 4 weeks lead time for reproduction.
We ship via TNT or Mondial relay depending on your region and preferences. Variable delays apply depending on your region.
If your sample request is time sensitive, and you need them asap, please email us at orders@tenuedeville.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lead Time Wallpapers
Our wallpaper rolls will leave our studio within 2-3 days of purchase if the roll is in stock.
If the roll is not currently in stock, please allow 4 to 12 weeks lead time for reproduction.
All our Panoramics are produced on demand, for each order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production.
We ship via TNT or Mondial relay depending on your region and preferences. Variable time apply depending on your region.
However, this does not include any time that your order may spend in customs. To ensure that your order is not held up in customs, please provide an accurate address and phone number at checkout. The phone number is very important, since customs will attempt to call and collect payment when customs duties are owed, prior to releasing the wallpaper.

If you have questions about the possible lead time of your wallpaper, please email us at orders@tenuedeville.com and we will provide you with an up-to-date lead time. If your project is time sensitive, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ENVIRONMENT

Our wallpapers are FSC-certified and PVC free. We print using solvant free inks. We try to avoid plastic as much as possible and pack in cardboard boxes.
